Rita Levine Real Estate is a specialized real estate company with a 40 year history of sales excellence and personalized service to the Mid Hudson Valley real estate community. Our office is located at the “Country Corner” – the intersection of NYS Route 300 and Orchard Drive where the Town of Shawangunk and Town of Newburgh meet with the backdrop of the majestic Shawangunk Mountains only 65 minutes from New York City.
Rita Levine Real Estate actually began many years ago, when a little girl moved to Wallkill from New York City with her parents seeking a quieter, more relaxed “country life.” Being tucked away in the country meant long weekend family rides exploring all the roads leading through many neighboring counties. The excitement would build all week with the anticipation of finding new little towns and shops but most of all looking at all the charming houses, interesting barns with cows and sheep, mountains, valleys and streams. She would always end up right back in her own backyard going full circle which took the better part of each Saturday or Sunday and sometimes both! It didn’t take long to learn all the roadways and towns. After years of these weekend rides, when the opportunity presented itself, real estate was a natural career choice.
