Rita Levine, CRS. GRI. CA is Broker-Owner of Rita Levine Real Estate, a full service real estate brokerage company serving the Mid-Hudson Valley for 40 years. Her office is located at the Orange-Ulster county line in the Town of Shawangunk at the corner of Route 300 & Orchard Drive in Wallkill, New York. Rita is also a New York State certified appraiser and  formerly held a New York State mortgage brokers license. She was originally licensed as the "Youngest Realtor" in New York State. Her expertise in real estate, her negotiating skills, sincerity and rapport with people have made her a leader in todays real estate industry. Her main focus is client satisfaction.

Born in New York City and raised in the Hudson Valley, Rita has a superior knowledge of the area. She is a member of the National and New York State Association of Realtors, the Orange & Ulster County  Board of Realtors, the Greater Hudson Valley, Ulster County and Sullivan County Multiple Listing Service. She is also a member of the New York State Graduate Realtors Institute, Council of Residential Specialists, Women's Council of Realtors and a past Director of the Orange County Board of Realtors.

Rita began her real estate career in Wallkill and later moved her office to Newburgh which was undergoing a renaissance. She was actively involved for many years in commercial and investment real estate including vast property management and construction renovation. She relocated her business back to Wallkill approximately twelve years ago.

Rita's dedication to her profession and  improving the quality of service that is offered to her clients reinforces her company motto: Promises Made - Promises Kept! Rita's story was recently featured on the cover of Real Estate Executive Magazine.

Rita's expertise is with negotiating, consultation and sales. Her general real estate brokerage includes residential,rentals, land, and land development, acreage, farms, country properties, new construction and commercial and investment properties.

DAVID E. NICOLI  - ASSOCIATE BROKER

Dave is an Associate Broker with Rita Levine Real Estate. Dave majored in business administration at Orange County Community college. Not long after starting his career, he purchased his first multi-family house and realized that he had a passion for real estate. Starting as a real estate agent with Rita Levine, Dave knew that he made the right decision and went on to obtain his Associate Broker's license.

  Dave has been  actively involved in listing and selling homes for the past 6 years, also specializing in rentals.  Born and raised in the Mid-Hudson Valley, Dave is very experienced in guiding buyers with their real estate purchases in the local and surrounding areas including Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties.

  Dave's outside interests include fundraising for both local animal shelters and our American troops overseas. He is actively involved in community events. He is also an avid golfer, plays in the Montgomery softball league and is a member of a league that bowls at Tarsio Lanes in Newburgh. Dave recently purchased a  home in Wallkill and has two dogs and three cats.

SUSAN MOHART

Susan is a licensed real estate agent with Rita Levine Real Estate.  She has an Associate’s Degree in Court Reporting from Alfred State College.  For 15 years she was employed as a Court Reporter for various municipalities and law firms in Orange and Ulster Counties.

Susan was born at West Point when her father became stationed at Stewart Air Force Base in Newburgh for the United States Air Force.  Born and raised here, she graduated from Valley Central High School.

After graduating from college she met her husband, Doug, who has been employed for the Times Herald Record for over 20 years.  He is currently the Assistant Sports Editor.  Susan has two children, Austin and Brady, who attend the Wallkill Central School District.  They are actively involved in both baseball and soccer.  Austin was recently a member of JV Soccer team and Brady was a member of the Modified team.  You can always find her at the baseball or soccer fields cheering on her boys.

Not long after building their new home in Wallkill, Susan was passing the little “Country Corner Store” near her home, when she noticed a new real estate sign being installed.  She stopped to talk to Rita and explained to her that she was in the process of getting her real estate license.

Susan has been an agent for almost 7 years now and has been helping both buyers and sellers in the area with all of their real estate needs.  Growing up in the area and raising her children here, Susan realizes all of the advantages of living in the Mid Hudson Valley and loves to share that knowledge with her clients.

  JOSE EUSSE

I came to this country from Colombia in 1987. What first attracted me to this magnificent region were the mountains and the four seasons, my favorite being spring and fall. I truly appreciate the splendid and vibrant colors of the leaves and the views of our majestic Shawangunk Mountains portraying such beautiful scenery which never fails to fascinate me. I feel truly blessed to live and work in such a wonderful area.

As luck would have it, I met my wife, Elvira the same year I arrived in America. A few years later we settled down and now have three beautiful children, two girls, Michelle  and Stefanie and a sweet little boy, Danilo.

My passion is helping other people in many ways.  Helping people find a home and making them comfortable during the entire process is my goal. It is gratifying for me to know that I can make your home buying experience a pleasant one and have happy and satisfied clients. Fortunately I am fluent in Spanish, English, Italian and French and this enables me to better communicate with my clients and make them more comfortable.

  On a personal level I like love sports but my absolute favorite with a doubt is soccer.  I am also an accomplished chef and income tax consultant.  Working at Rita Levine Real Estate is a true pleasure.

JAMES R.DAVIES

Jim is a licensed real estate agent with Rita Levine Real Estate. Jim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Transportation, Travel and Tourism from Niagara University. Jim is certified Eco Broker and specializes residential real estate.

Jim was born in Rhinebeck. He spent most of his youth in Montgomery Country, Maryland. He has lived in many states along the east coast and selected the Mid-Hudson Valley as his home. Jim is attracted to the mountains, lakes, and streams and the beautiful Hudson River.  He also enjoys visiting historic landmarks, antique shops, farm markets, restaurants, wineries, Mohonk, Minnewaska and the Shawangunk Mountains Ridge.

Being an avid outdoorsman Jim's interests include swimming, kayaking, hiking and traveling. Jim loves the peace and tranquility of his home in the beautiful Town of Gardiner in Ulster County. Jim is very much involved with rescuing animals and raising money for local animal shelters. He has five dogs.

Jim feels that the magnificent Mid-Hudson Valley is the perfect place to make your home and has something for everyone.  He looks forward to helping you market or purchase properties and make your dream a reality!
