RITA LEVINE
Rita Levine, CRS.GRI.CA is broker-owner of Rita Levine Real Estate, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage company serving the Mid-Hudson Valley for 40 years. Her corporate office is located at the Orange-Ulster county line at the corner of Route 300 & Orchard Drive in Wallkill, New York. Rita is also a New York State certified appraiser and formerly held a New York State mortgage brokers license. She was originally licensed as the "youngest Realtor" in New York State. Her expertise in real estate, her negotiating skills, sincerity and rapport with people have made her a leader in todays real estate industry. Her main focus is client satisfaction.
Born in New York City and raised in the Hudson Valley, Rita has a superior knowledge of the area. She is a member of the National and New York State Association of Realtors, the Orange & Ulster County Board of Realtors, the Greater Hudson Valley and Ulster County Multiple Listing Service. She is also a member of the New York State Graduate Realtors Institute, Council of Residential Specialists, Women's Council of Realtors and a past Director of the Orange County Board of Realtors.
Rita began her real estate career in Wallkill and later moved her office to Newburgh which was undergoing a renaissance. She was actively involved for many years in commercial and investment real estate including vast property management and construction renovation. She relocated her business back to Wallkill approximately twelve years ago.

Rita's expertise is in the area of negotiating, and consultation. Her general real estate brokerage includes residential, commercial and investment properties, rentals, land development, acreage, farms and new construction.
Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, I graduated from Valley Central High School, and attended Orange County Community College majoring in business administration. Several years ago I purchased my first multi-family house and immediately knew that I wanted to pursue a career in real estate. I have been actively involved in listing and selling and homes and guiding buyers with their investments in the area. I recently purchased a home in Wallkill and now specialize in helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs in Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan counties.
I love to stay active in community events and play in a local softball league (Newburgh) and bowl at Tarsio Lanes. Football is a passion and spending time with my pets. In addition, I help my brother, Steve with fundraisers for our American troops overseas and send out care packages to show support, all year long. I absolutely love the Mid Hudson Valley area and would love to help you with any of your real estate needs.
As luck would have it, I met my wife, Elvira the same year I arrived in America. A few years later we settled down and now have three beautiful children, two girls, Michelle and Stefanie and a sweet little boy, Danilo.
My passion is helping other people in many ways. Helping people find a home and making them comfortable during the entire process is my goal. It is gratifying for me to know that I can make your home buying experience a pleasant one and have happy and satisfied clients. Fortunately I am fluent in Spanish, English, Italian and French and this enables me to better communicate with my clients and make them more comfortable.
On a personal level I like love sports but my absolute favorite with a doubt is soccer. I am also an accomplished chef and work during tax season with H&R Block. Working at Rita Levine Real Estate is a true pleasure.
Hi and welcome to Rita Levine Real Estate! My name is James R. Davies, "Jim" for short. I was born in Dutchess county in the beautiful historic town of Rhinebeck, New York and then spent my formidable years growing up in Montgomery county, Maryland. I graduated Niagara University in Niagara Falls, New York with a Bachelor of Science in Transportation, Travel and Tourism. My interests include the great outdoors, swimming, kayaking, hiking, traveling and my three dogs; Daisy, a Dalmatian, Shelby a Beagle and Princess a Samoyed, and most of all, the peace and tranquility of my home in the beautiful town of Gardiner in Ulster county.
I have lived up and down the east cost from New York to Florida. The Hudson Valley is one of the most beautiful places to live in. It offers mountains, lakes, streams and the mighty Hudson River for the outdoorsman. There are historic landmarks, antique shops, winneries, fabulous restaurants, farm markets and wonderful communities to live and work in. It is the perfect area to buy and make this your home.
